It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has stated that respondent No. 1 is not dead in SLP No. 2926/2015. Respondent No. 1 has already representative by Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 10.12.2015 to unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 4 by registered AD as well by dasti. The counsel for the petitioner filed affidavit of dasti service with proof after effecting service on respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

Service is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has cured the defects in application for substitution in respect of deceased petitioner No. 1. the said application was allowed by Ld. Registrar(Misc.) on 12.02.2016.

Service is complete on both the respondents.
