The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased petitioner No. 1 which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application.

The Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks time, as last chance to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No.2 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.

Petitioner No.1 is reported to be dead. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record his Lrs.
