Respondent No.1.1 and 2 are respondent Nos.15 and 16 in SLP(C) No.18200/2023 i.e. the main matter. Hence, service on both of them is deemed to be complete. No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the above-mentioned respondents though vakalatnama has already been filed as has been submitted by the Ld. counsel. Registry to verify and update the records. If it has been filed, four weeks' time is granted to file counter affidavit.
