UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos. 15 and 16, to file counter affidavit.
Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, for furnishing fresh particulars and for taking fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 2, 8 to 10, 12 and 21 to 30.
In addition, notice be issued through Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.
Despite due service on remaining respondents, there is no appearance.
List again on 13.8.2024.
