It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. S. Ramamani, Advocate on 08.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 11.11.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 11414 of 2014 and order dated 07.08.2014 in RA No. 218 of 2015 in CWP No. 11414 of 2014. barred by time by 362 and 79 days respectively along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 8507 of 2015 Entitled Hamdard (WAKF) Laboratories Versus Haryana State Industrial And Infrastructure Development Corporation And Ors. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of notification dated 30.04.1994, 15.11.1994 and award dated 28.03.1997 & 03.04.1997 and Committee order dated 24.03.2014 & Annexures. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 10.02.2016 (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.135) stating therein that the same are not required for the adjudication of the present SLP and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
