The matter above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 8th August, 2008 passed by the High Court Judicature at Madras in A.S. No. 981 of 1993.

It is submitted that there are 11 respondents. Respondent Nos. 1-2 and 6-11 are represented by Mr. Sureshan P. and Mrs. N. Shoba, Advocates respectively. In respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 certificate of service have been received from the High Court. The Legal Representatives of deceased Respondent No. 3 have been brought on record vide Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers order dated 30th March, 2011.

Service of notice is complete.

Original record has been returned to the High Court as per circular dated 4th December, 2014.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Appellant and Respondent Nos. 1-2 have filed statement of case but counsel for the Respondent Nos. 6-11 have not filed statement of cases in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the parties do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of cases.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report as pre final hearing.
