Respondent No.1 in T.P.(C) No.260 and 262/2015 and sole respondent in T.P.(C) No.261/2015 are yet to be served. Petitioner to take fresh steps to effect the service.

Service upon respondent No.2 in T.P.(C) No.262/2015 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Service of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in TP(Crl.) No.112/2015 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.1 of TP(Crl.) No.109 and 111/2015, respondent No.6 of TP(Crl.) No.110/2015 and respondent No.4 of TP(Crl.) No.112/2015 and respondent No.5 in TP(Crl.) No.109/2015 are yet not served. Petitioner has to provide the fresh address and to file the spare copies alongwith the process fee to effect the service upon all these respondents. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested to effect service upon the State through the standing counsel concerned. Notice accordingly be issued.

Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in TP(Crl.) No.109, 110/2015 and respondent No.5 in TP(Crl.) No.110/2015 is yet to be filed. Be filed within four weeks.
