taken by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner and accordingly

four weeks time is granted to complete the process with

regard to these unserved respondents. Notices thereafter be

At this stage, it has been submitted by the ld. Counsel, Mr Aditya Ranjan appearing on behalf of Mr Himanshu Shekhar, Advocate-on-record, appearing for the private respondents that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the private respondents in the transfer petitions. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the ld. Counsel for these respondents for whom he has not filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance, to file the same within four weeks time. Accordingly, further steps in regard to the private respondents by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner is thus dispensed with.

Service is complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in TP(Crl.) No.112/2015 but none has appeared.

Fresh address for respondent no.1 in TP(Crl.) No.109-111/2015 and respondent no.6 in TP(Crl.) no.110/2015 be furnished within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.
