The Transfer Petition was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 10th May, 2015 when the Court was

pleased to pass the following Order:

"Service report of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in T.P. (Crl.) No.109 and 110/2015 and of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in TP(Crl.) No.112/2015 is still awaited. However, the Ld. Advocate, Ms.Prema Singh has appeared for respondent Nos.2 and 3 in T.P. (Crl.) Nos.109 and 110/2015. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time period. Service report with respect to respondent No.1 in T.P. (Crl.)No.109 to 111/2015 and respondent No.6 in TP(Crl.) No.111/2015 though is received but in vernacular language. Translation thereof be obtained. None is, however, present as on date.

T.P.(C) No. 260-262/2015 Office report not received. List again on 14.8.2015."

It is submitted that unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the common Respondent No. 1 in T.P (Crl.) 109-111/2015 & Respondent No. 6 in T.P (Crl.) 110 of 2015. with the Postal remarks "Receivers not resideing in these Address"

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover have been received back from common respondent No. 4 in T.P (Crl.) 109-110 of 2015, Respondent No. 5 in T.P (Crl.) 110 of 2015 and common Respondent No. 5 in T.P (Crl.) 109 of 2015 and Respondent No. 4 in T.P. (Crl.) 112 of 2015 so far.

It is also submitted that A.D Card duly signed have been received from Respondent No. 1 to 3 in T.P (Crl.) 112 of 2015 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that Mrs. Niranjana Singh , Advocate has on 14th May, 2015 filed Vakalatanama and Memo of appearance on behalf of common Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in T.P (Crl.) 109-110 of 2015.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 in T.P (Crl.) 109-111 of 2015, Respondent No. 6 in T.P (Crl.) 110 of 2015, common Respondent No. 4 in T.P (Crl.) 109-110 of 2015, Respondent No. 5 in T.P (Crl.) 109 of 2015 and Respondent No. 4 in T.P (Crl.) 112 of 2015.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
