The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that she does not want to file counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have already filed the counter affidavit. However, the affidavit is signed by respondent No.2 only and the Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the same is to be treated for respondent No.3

The matter stands complete.

Despite last opportunity having been granted, counter affidavit has not been filed by respondent No.5 in TP(Crl.) No.110/2015. As such, further opportunity is declined.
