Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on the basis of amputation of the left lower limb, the disability assessed by the petitioner was 65% of a left lower limb and overall disability of 50%.

The trial Court and the High Court have only

stated that it is little on the higher side and have assessed disability of 17% of the whole body. It is this percentage of disability which the petitioner seeks enhancement of.

Issue notice limited to the above aspect returnable in six weeks.
