The Union of India is impleaded as a party-respondent to the present special leave petitions, which may examine the issue as it is stated that because of the shifting of the river flow, the issue with regard to demarcation has arisen.
The learned counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh submits that the Survey of India, which is a party before us, should undertake a study and resolve the matter.
The Survey of India will also examine the aforesaid aspect.
