UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

List the matter on 14.12.2016.

In the meantime, no action shall be taken against the students

on the basis of the FIR lodged by the University or any competent authority of the University. Be it stated, we have directed so as the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that FIRs have been lodged.

However, we warn the students not to create any kind of nuisance in the campus of the University as the matter is sub-judis before this Court.

Let a copy of the petition be served on Mr. Gaurav Sahrma, learned counsel who ordinarily appears for the Medical Council of India and Mr. B. Balaji, learned standing counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu.
