Mr. Naresh Kumar, AOR UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Let these matters be listed on 20 th March, 2017. Mr. B. Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the State shall file the counter affidavit within three weeks hence. The affidavit shall contain the grant received from the State Government, as well as from the University Grants Commission or any other statutory authority. Learned counsel for the University shall also file a similar affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks therefrom. The order passed by this Court on 28 th October, 2016, regarding extension of time for payment of fees, shall be complied with and the payment of fees shall be made in two installments by the next date of hearing. Needless to say, our earlier direction warning the students not to create any kind of nuisance in the campus of University, remains in force and if any student deviates, he/she shall face the wrath of law.
