The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th October, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Issue notice.
As Mr. Nanda Kumar, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3, no further notice need be issued to the said respondents. No notice need be issued to the respondent Nos.4 to 22 as they are not the contesting parties.
As far as the respondent No.1 is concerned, issue notice returnable within four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
Time for payment of fees is extended till 16th November, 2016. The Management of the University shall accept fees till 16th November, 2016, from all the students so that the students are not compelled to approach this Court for extension. Needless to say, the deposit of fees shall be without prejudice to the contentions to be raised in the special leave petitions and the respondents shall not raise any equity in that regard.
Let the matter be listed for final disposal on 30th November, 2016."
Thereafter the matters above-mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 10th November, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"On mentioning, the matter is taken on Board. On 28th October, 2016, this Court had directed as follows:- "No notice need be issued to the respondent Nos. 4 to 22 as they are not the contesting parties." In place of the aforesaid, it is

corrected as "no notice need be issued to the non-contesting respondents."
It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, common show cause notice on usual as well as through dasti on 16th November, 2016 to the common contesting Respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 31078 of 2016, Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in SLP(C) No. 31079 of 2016, Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 7 in SLP(C) No. 31080 of 2016, 2, 3, 5 to 7 in SLP(C) No. 30658 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 in SLP(C) No. 30659 of 2016 and neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notice have been received back so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. Nikhil Nayyar, Counsel for the petitioners, has on 28th November, 2016, filed affidavit of dasti service with proof only on common respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 31078 of 2016, respondent NO. 4 in SLP(C) No. 31079 of 2016, SLP(C) No. 31080 and 30659 of 2016 and respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 30658 of 2016 (Government of Tamil Nadu).
Service is incomplete.
