The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th October, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice.

As Mr. Nandakumar, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 8, no further notice need be issued. No notice need be issued to respondent Nos.11 to 33, as they are not contesting parties.

As far as the other respondents are concerned, issue notice returnable within eight weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Prayer for stay stands rejected. However, the date of payment of fees stands extended till 30.10.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice on usual as well as dasti mode returnable for 12th December, 2016 was issued to respondent Nos. 2 to 7, 9 and 10 on 28th October, 2016. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Sivabalamurugan, Counsel for the petitioners has not filed affidavit of dasti service so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. G. Sivabalamurugan, Counsel for the petitioners, has on 27th October, 2016, filed application for modification of order dated 20th October, 2016 alongwith Annexure P-1. The same is registered as Interlocutory Application No.3. As the matter is on board, copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. Naresh Kumar, Advocate for respodnent Nos. 1 and 8, has on 25th November, 2016, filed counter affidavit alongwith Annexure R-1 to R-8. As the matter is on board, copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

Service is incomplete.

Thereafter the matter was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 28th November, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"On being mentioned, the matter is taken on on Board. Let the matter be listed along with SLP (C) Nos.31078-31080 of 2016."

The matter alongwith applications in the matter mentioed above is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
