It is submitted that notice issued on 14.03.2014 to all the 12 respondents through registered A.D as well as dasti. Ms. Hemantika Wahi and Mr. Pradeep Misra, Adv. have entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 only. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books. A.D card duly signed has been received from Respondent No 8. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover received back from Respondent Nos.3 to 7 and 9 to 12 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 and 9 to 12, but no one has entered appearance.

SLP(C) NO.7663/2014

It is submitted that notice issued on 27.03.2014 to all the 20 respondents through registered A.D. as well as dasti. Ms. Hemantika Wahi and Mr. Pradeep Misra, Adv. have entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 only. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books . Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover received for Respondent Nos. 3 to 20 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 6-8, 10-18 and 20 , but no one has entered appearance. The name of Respondent Nos.5, 9 & 19 have been deleted from the array of parties vide court's order dated 17.09.2015 (In-Chamber).

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.02.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted that there are four respondents in the matter Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 and also filed Counter Affidavit . Copy of the Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books. Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 through dasti but no one has entered appearance

SLP(C) No. 3475/2015

It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter. Mr. Pradeep Mishra, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and also filed Counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that petitioner has died and Advocate has filed an application for substitution. The same was allowed by Ld. Registrar (Misc.) on 12.02.2016 and cause title amended accordingly.
