"SLP(C) NO.7662/2014.

The respondent No. 1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. The respondent No. 2 has already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

Ld. counsel for the petitioners has stated that he has already complied with the terms of the office report. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly.

It is submitted that there are 12 respondents. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the respondent No. 2 has already filed counter affidavit. Rest of respondents i.e. 3 to 12 have been served but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) NO.7663/2014.

It is further submitted that there are 20 respondents. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the respondent No. 2 has already filed counter affidavit. Rest of the respondents i.e. 3 to 4, 6 to 8, 10 to 18 & 20 have been served but no one has entered appearance so far. Name of respondent Nos. 5, 9 and 19 have been deleted from the array of parties vide court's order dated 17.09.2015.

Service is complete.

It is submitted that there are respondent Nos. 1-4 in this matter. Mr. R. M. Vithlani, Advocate for the petitioner has not filed application for bringing on record the Lrs. of deceased petitioner No. 1. Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate for the respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover have been received from respondent Nos. 2-4 and none has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service is incomplete on respondent No. 2-4.

SLP(C) NO.3475/2015

It is submitted that there are two respondents in this matter. Mr. R. M. Vithlani, Advocate has filed an application for bring on record the Lrs. of deceased petitioner No. 1, which has been filed within time but is not accompanied by vakalatnama. The Advocate has been informed in this regard vide Registry's letter dated 16.11.2015. Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate for the respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover have been received from respondent Nos. 2 and none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Service is incomplete on respondent No. 2.
