The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 08.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"SLP(C) NO.7663/2014.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has stated that he intends to file an application within a period of two weeks for deleting the respondent Nos. 5, 9 and 19 from the array of the parties.

In case, any such application is filed in that event the same shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions................"

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for permission for deleting the proforma respondents Nos. 5, 9, & 19 from the array of parties. The same has been registered as I.A. No. 3. Copy of the same has already been included in the paper books.

The application is listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber with this Office Report.
