Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 already submitted that he does not wish to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent Nos. 4 and 6, there is no appearance.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the counter affidavit on behalf of said respondents has already been filed in the main matter and he does not wish to file the counter affidavit in the connected matters.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent No.5.

Mr. Anup Kumar, Ld. Counsel submits that he accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.5. Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted two weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
