UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 747/2023

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.1 to 3 to file counter affidavit.

Respondent no.5 has already refused to file the counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent no.4, there is no appearance.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

C.A. Nos. 1243-44/2023

Despite due service on respondent nos.2, 4 and 5, there is no appearance and service is not complete on respondent no.3.

However, Mr. Aman Singh Baroka, Ld. Counsel appearing for M/s. Khaitan & Co., Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 yesterday only. Let office to verify and submit a report in this regard.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 does not wish to file counter affidavit.
