The matters alongwith applications above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"SLP (C) No. 9281/2014.

Pursuant to the direction issued by the Land Acquisition Collector, Nathpa Jhakri, the petitioners herein have deposited a sum of Rs 12,67,969.00 in the nationalize Bank (State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh).

We now direct the Manager, State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, to transfer the entire amount lying in the form of fixed deposit being F.D.R. No. 8126375136-3, with interest thereon to the Registry of this Court within fifteen days' time from today.

The Registry is directed to communicated the direction forthwith to the Bank.

List all the special leave petitions on 8th September, 2015."

Accordingly, a certified copy of above order was sent for compliance to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh vide this Registry's letter dated 19.08.2015 by Speed Post as well as fax. He was also requested to do the needful telephonically.

It is submitted that as per aforesaid order Manager, State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, has on 07.09.2015 given Demand Draft No. 367997 dated 04.09.2015 for Rs.19,12,485/- in the Registry and same has been kept by the Account Branch of the Registry in safe custody. Orders are solicited to invest the said amount in interest earning deposit.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 07.09.2015 filed additional documents alongwith Applications seeking permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing official translation (regd. As I.A Nos.5 and 6) and same are being circulated herewith.

Service is complete in all the matters.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
