SLP(C) No. 9284/2014 The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has stated that the respondent No. 2 has expired. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an application to bring on record the Lrs. Of the deceased respondent No. 2 within a period of three weeks. The learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has stated that he does not need to file the counter affidavit. This is taken on record.
