"Pursuant to the directions issued by us, Shri Bharat Khera, Divisional Commissioner, Shimla is present before us.
Shri Varinder Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent(s) tenders unconditional apology on behalf of the officer concerned. The unconditional apology is accepted. Now, we direct the Divisional Commissioner, Shimla to comply with our earlier order dated 02.03.2011, within four weeks' time , without giving any room to this Court to initiate contempt proceedings against him.
Call the matter after four weeks."
