2. Insofar as SLP(C) No.13671 of 2024 is concerned, service is yet to be

effected. Let fresh steps for service on the sole respondent in SLP(C) No.13671

of 2024 be taken. Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.

3. Relist these special leave petitions in the month of February, 2025.
