SLP(C)Diary NO.4634 of 2019 : Date: 2020.05.18 18:32:21 IST Reason:
Since the special leave petition is filed against the interim
order, Mr. Kishor Lambat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the special leave petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the High Court at the appropriate time.
The special leave petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
SLP(C)NO.5279 of 2020 :
We have heard Mr. Ranbir Singh Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Since the special leave petition is preferred against the interim order of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Nagpur, we are not inclined to entertain the special leave petition.
Accordingly, the special leave petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the High Court at the appropriate time.
In case the petitioner has any further grievance against the final order which the High Court may pass, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.
Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
