"The learned Advocate, Mr. Saakaar Sardana, appearing on behalf of Mr. Anip Sachthey, AdvocateonRecord for respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6 submits that complete set of the pleadings have been received by them. Counter affidavit be filed within six weeks.

The learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that they have not received complete set of the pleadings. The learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the complete set of the pleadings on the learned counsel for respondent No.4 within two weeks. Counter affidavit be filed within six weeks thereafter.

List again on 31.10.2014."

It is submitted that Mr. Dushyant Parashar, Advocate has filed proof of service on behalf of Respondent No.4.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anip Sachthey, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 & 6 and Ms. Mridula Ray Bhardwaj, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 4, so far.
