On behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6 notice has been accepted by the learned Advocate, Ms. Shagun Matta, appearing on behalf of Mr. Anip Sachthey, Advocate-on-Record, who has undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit by the next date. Complete set of the pleadings be served on the learned counsel within two weeks of which necessary proof be filed on record within a week and thereafter counter affidavit be filed within six weeks. Respondent No.4 is also granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit subject to service of the complete set of the pleadings on the learned counsel appearing on his

behalf within two weeks of which necessary proof be filed on record within a week.
