O R D E R

  1. These Petitions have been filed for review of order dated 07.01.2010 in SLP(C) Nos.1065-1066/2010.

  2. There is an inordinate delay of 730 days in filing both the Review Petitions. We are not satisfied by the explanation offered for the same. The Review Petitions are, therefore, liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself.

  3. Even on merits, we are convinced that the order of which review has been sought does not suffer from any error apparent warranting their reconsideration. Hence, the Review Petitions are dismissed on the ground of delay as also on merits.
