UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties at a considerable length and perused the record.

2. Besides the reasoning assigned by a coordinate Bench in State of Gujarat and others vs. Dr. P.A. Bhatt and others, 2023 SCC Online SC 503 and also in Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Digitally signed by ARJUN BISHT Date: 2024.12.06 16:26:24 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Sciences and another vs. Bikartan Das and others, 2023 SCC Online 996, we are satisfied on facts that the Ayurvedic or AYUSH doctors serving in the State of Kerala, having regard to the qualitative distinction in the academic qualifications and the standard of imparting respective degree courses, cannot seek parity with medical doctors.

3. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. 4. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
