UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
I.A NO. 84201/2022 AND 84197/22
A request for adjournment is made on the ground that the learned Solicitor General is unavailable due to indisposition.
Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Karnataka submits that rejoinder affidavit has been filed, in response to which certain instructions are awaited. He also prays for time.
Resultantly, we defer the hearing of this matter till 10.08.2022.
We agree with the submission made across the Bar that these applications alongwith miscellaneous application and connected applications need to proceed before the three Judge Bench. Registry to do the needful.
