Office report for direction dated 15th February, 2016 in the appeals above mentioned with other connected matter were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17/02/2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Learned counsel for the parties are directed to file short submissions in the form of an affidavit and response, if any, within a period of three weeks.
SLP (C) No.29495/2014:
Since the office-report dated 15.02.2016 states that service is incomplete on many of the contesting private respondents and 4 the earlier office-report dated 12.10.2015 also states that the petitioner failed to furnish the address of the Trial Court within whose jurisdiction the unserved respondents reside, it is imperative that the petitioner will take fresh steps on those unserved respondents through the Registry as well as privately.
While permitting the petitioner to effect fresh service through court by furnishing the addresses of the respondents as well as the Trial Court, by which dasti service can be effected by the Registry, we also permit the petitioner to serve such notice on the unserved respondents by Registered A.D. intimating clearly that this Special Leave Petition will be listed for hearing on 16.03.2016.
List all these matters on Wednesday, the 16th March, 2016." Contd....2/=
It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 15/02/2016 filed response to the Expert Committee and respondents have not filed any response so far. Copy of the same has been placed with appeal paper books.
It is furthe submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has on 12th February, 2016 filed application for impleadment alongwith application for direction on behalf of the all appellants/ applicants. Counsel has also filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of all applicants / appellants (Regd I.A. No. 6/2016). Mr. Anupam Raina, Advocate has on 10th March, 2016 filed two seperate applications for impleadment alongwith Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of the all appellants/ applicatns (Regd I.A. Nos. 7 & 8 of 2016). Copies of the same have been placed with appeal paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
It is lastly submitted that two letters dated 11/01/2016 have been received by post from the BSNL Employees regarding nonforwarding of the submitted information to the panel framed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for the approval of final seniority list of BSNL promoted officers, both Employee's are not a party in the above mentioned appeals. Separate paper book of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
