"Since the connected special leave petition (C) No. 32284 of 2013 has been directed to be listed for final disposal on 16.2.2016, list these matters along with that SLP(C) No. 32284/2013. The report shall also be placed on that date for passing appropriate orders.

In the meantime, BSNL as well as the employees can file their response to the report."

It is submitted that Mr. Anis Ahmed Khan, Advocate with the permission of the Court has on 14.03.2015 filed response by R.K. Kapoor Advocate on behalf of the ApplicantsRespondents with reference to the Report of the Expert Committee alongwith Annexure PA (Colly). (Copy of the same is placed with appeal paper books).

It is lastly submitted that with the permission of the Court Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate for the interveners has on 15.03.2016 filed Affidavit. (Copy of the same is circulated for the kind perusal of the Court).
