The Chairman of the Expert Committee has requested, vide letter dated 08.07.2015, for extension of time up till 30.09.2015 for submission of the Report.

However, Mr. R.D. Agrawala, learned senior counsel appearing for the B.S.N.L. submitted that the Committee may require more time and it will be better if the time is extended up to 31.10.2015.

Considering the said request, we extend the time up to 31.10.2015.
