SLP(C) Nos. 1016310165/2015:
Accordingly show cause notice returnable on 05.05.2015 was issued on 17.04.2015 to sole respondent each in all 3 SLP's by registered AD Post as well as Dasti. Service of notice by usual course is awaited. It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 2/05/2015 filed Affidavit of dasti service on sole respondent each in all three matters.
Service of notice is complete.
SLP(C) Nos. 1136311364/2015:
There are 10 respondents common in both matters. Mr Samir Ali Khan, standing counsel of State of Bihar has already accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.45 (State Govt. Parties) but he has not filed Vakalatnama, so far.
Accordingly Show Cause Notice returnable on 05.05.2015 was issued on 17.04.2015 to Respondent Nos.13 and 610 by registered AD Post as well as Dasti.
M/S. Parekh & Co., Advocates have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos.910. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing Notice from Respondent Nos.13 and 68 have been received back, so far.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 30.04.2015 filed Affidavit of service with proof stating therein that Respondent Nos. 68 have been served and 1 & 3 refused to accept show cause notice and Respondent No.2 could not be traced (Copy enclosed).
SLP(C) No. 11365/2015:
There are 8 respondents in this matter. Mr. Samir Ali Khan, standing counsel of state of Bihar has accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.13 but he has not filed Vakalatnama, so far. M/S Parekh & Co., Advocates have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos.67. Counsel for the petitioner has filed Affidavit of service with proof stating therein that Respondent Nos.45 have been served and Respondent No 8 could not be served and he informed over phone about next date of hearing (Copy enclosed).
The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
