The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

SLP(C) No. 22190/2015 arising out of CC No. 7425/2015:

Accordingly show cause notice returnable for 13.10.2015 was issued to all the eight respondents. Respondent nos.24 through Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate and respondent nos.1 & 58 through Registered AD post.

Mr. Navin Prakash, Advocate has on 28.09.2015 filed vakalatappearance on behalf of respondent nos.5 & 6 but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

It is submitted that M/s Parekh & Co., Advocates has on 28.09.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 7& 8 but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate though accept notice on behalf of state i.e. respondent nos.24 has not filed vakalatnama, so far. It may be mentioned that respondent nos.2 to 4 are petitioner nos.1 to 3 in SLP(C) 1016365/2015.

Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent no.1.

Service of notice is incomplete on respondent nos.1.

SLP(C) Nos. 1462526/2015:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies. Hence show cause notice on IA 1516 (application for modification of order dated 11.05.2015) could

not be issued.

It is further submitted that Hon'ble Court has earlier on 08.05.2015 directed notice in SLP but counsel has not filed spare copies, so far. Hence show cause notice on all ten respondents could not be issued. However, M/s Samir Ali Khan and Navin Prakash, Advocates have filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf respondent nos.45 and 68.

It is lastly submitted that all ten respondents are same as in SLP(C) 1136364/2015 in which service of show cause notice is already complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 1016365/2015, 1136364/2015 and 11365/2015:

Service of show cause notice is complete in all above matters and service position is as below.

SLP(C) 10163/2015

There are five respondents in this matter. M/s N S Yadav and Naveen Prakash, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 23. M/s. Parekh & Co., Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.45 and he has also filed counteraffidavit which is included in paperbooks.

SLP(C) 10164/2015

There are five respondents in this matter. M/s N S Yadav and Naveen Prakash, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 23. M/s Parekh & CO., Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.45. Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) 10165/2015

There are three respondents in this matter. M/s N S

Yadav and M/s Pakekh & Co., Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 23. Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that in SLP(C) 1016365/2015, M/s Parekh & Co., Advocates for respondent nos.45 has on 05.11.2015 filed application for direction alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation.

The same are registered as IA Nos. 1618 and 1921 and are being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) 1136364/2015

There are ten common respondents in these matters.

Mr. Anil K. Mishra, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.13. M/s Samir Ali Khan and Naveen Prakash, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.45 and 68. M/s Parekh & Co., Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.910 and they have also filed the counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent nos.910 which is included in paperbooks. Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) 11365/2015

It is submitted that there are eight respondents in this matter. M/s Samir Ali Khan and Naveen Prakash, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.13 and 45. M/s Parekh & Co., Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.67 and have also filed counteraffidavit which is included in paperbooks. Respondent no.8 is common as respondent no.1 in SLP(C) 10163/2015 and is represented through Mr. N S Yadav, Advocate. Service of show cause notice is complete.
