The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed by Mr. Ritesh Khatri, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated the 21.11.2014 & 19.03.2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Patna in CWJC No. 1919 of 2014.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21.11.2014 is barred by time by 55 days and the Peititon filed against the Judgment and Order dated the 19.03.2015 is within time.

It is submitted that SLP(C) 1136364 of 2015 arising out of same judgment in which Hon'ble Court has on 10.04.2015 directed issue notice and same is pending before the Hon'ble Court alongwith SLP(C) 1016365 of 2015 etc.(Copy of order dated 10.04.2015 is enclosed).
