The matters abovementioned except SLP CC No. 7425 of 2015 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

SLP(C) No. 1016365/2015:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 01.07.2015 filed application for extension of time and direction but is defective for the reason that separate applications have not been filed. However, the same is being

circulated to Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that M/S Mohit D. Ram, J.K. Mehta and S.K. Dubey, Advocates have on 23.07.2015 and 24.07.2015 filed applications for impleadment alongwith vakalatnama and appearance which are registered as IA Nos. 1014 and being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

Mr. Jayant Kumar Mehta and Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocates have also filed applications for directions and exemption from Official Translation and the same as unregistered are being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is already complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 1136364 of 2015

There are 10 respondents in this matter .

It is submitted that Mr. Naveen Prakash, Advocate has on 7/05/2015 filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 68. Mr. Samir Ali Khan Standing Counsel for State of Bihar has already accepted notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 45 (State Govt. Parties) but he has not filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance, so far. M/s. Parekh & Co. has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 910 and has on 8/05/2015 filed Counter Affidavit which is being circulated to Hon'ble Court. Counsel has already filed Affidavit of service with proof stating therein that Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 refused to accept Show Cause Notice & Respondent No. 2 could not be traced. SLP(C) No. 11365/2015:

The Interlocutory Application Nos. 24 & 25(Application for direction and Official Translation) were listed before Hon'ble Court on 18.06.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on application for

directions.

Reply be filed within three weeks. Any appointment made pursuant to the Select List filed along with the application shall be subject to the final results of the petition."

Accordingly show cause notice in IA Nos.2425 (application for direction and official translation) returnable on 27.07.2015 was issued to all the eight respondents. Respondent Nos.13, 45 and 67 are already represented through M/S Samir Ali Khan, Naveen Mehta and M/S Parekh & Co., Advocates Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing show cause notice from respondent no.8 has been received back. Service of show cause notice on respondent no.8 is incomplete.

It is submitted that service of show cause notice on Respondent no.8 in SLP is complete by way of dasti service.

Mr. Prem Prakash, Advocate for petitioner has on 24.07.2015 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing Official Translation and the same are being circulated to Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) No.1462526/2015:

The matters above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 08/05/2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file SLP is granted. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) Nos. 1016310165 of 2015"

AND the matter alongwith connected SLPs were listed before Hon'ble Court on 11/05/2015 when the Court was pleased to passed the following Order.

The copy of order dated 11.05.2015 is enclosed.

It is submitted that there are 10 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare

copies. Hence show cause notice to all 10 respondents could not be issued.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for modification of order dated 11/05/2015 which was registered as I.A. Nos. 1516 and the same was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 07/07/2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List I.A. Nos. 1516/2015 in the next week." SLP CC No.7425/2015:

The instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) No. 1016365/2015 vide Hon'ble Court order dated 06.07.2015.

The applications alongwith the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this OfficeReport. Dated this the 25th day of July, 2015.
