The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Petitionerinperson against the judgment and Order dated the 10/11/2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Patna in CWJC No. 14677 of 2009.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 3 days in filing SLP and a delay of 29 days in refiling SLP.

It is further submitted that in view of certain defects raised by the Registry, Counsel has given a letter dated 10/04/2015 and the same is included at Page No. 131 of Paperbook.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 1016365 of 2015 etc. arising out of common order, in which Hon'ble Court has on 10/04/2015 directed notice, is pending before Hon'ble Court (Copy of order enclosed).

It is lastly submitted that Petitionerinperson had on 2704/2015 interaction with Ld. Registrar (JII) for his appearance on his application to argue inperson and the report of Registrar (JII) is enclosed herewith.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Officereport.
