When the matters are taken up today, Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the State of Bihar submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.5.2015 has been complied with by the State of Bihar, though there is some delay in making such compliance. According to the learned ASG the above order dated 11.5.2015 has been complied with as on 18th July, 2015 by issuing appointment orders in favour of 87 candidates. Some of the respondents dispute that such an order is not in complete compliance of the earlier order. The matters require further examination.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay in taking action by the State of Bihar pursuant to this Court's order dated 11.5.2015 without prejudice to the rights of anyone of the various parties before this Court in these matters.

Having regard to the importance of the matter, we deem it appropriate to hear the matters at an early date.

List all the matters for hearing on 13th October, 2015.
