Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that there are some matters pending as mentioned at page 25. We have drawn his attention to the fact that in the proforma Digitally signed by ASHA SUNDRIYAL Date: 2020.01.10 16:17:53 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

of listing it has been stated that there are no same matters.

We also find that no office report has consequently been

placed in the file. It appears that the Central Agency and the Registry are competing in their inefficiency.

Registrar concerned to look into the issue.

Issue notice returnable on 31.01.2020.

There shall be stay of the impugned order in view of the judgment in Union of India & Ors. v. Mukti Singha – Civil Appeal No.3321/2018 delivered on 27th March, 2018.
