The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21st January, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in A.S.M.P No. 2124 of 2006 in A. S. No. 2257 of 2003.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 294 days in filing the special leave petition and 114 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 408 days.

The office report on default in the matter above-mentioned was listed before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber on 29th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-
