The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th August, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On the oral request made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the fact that other respondents have no objection, the name of Respondent No.2 is deleted from the array of parties. Cause title be amended accordingly.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Mediator, Supreme Court Mediator Centre."
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the above-said order name of Respondent No. 2 deleted from the array of parties and amended cause-title has been included in the paper-books, Supreme Court Mediation Centre has on 11th August, 2016 filed Mediation Report in the matter above-mentioned and the same has been included in the SLP paper-books.
It is further submitted that Mediation Report has been received on 9 th April, 2016 from Mediation Centre for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh and the same is included in SLP paper-books.
It is also submitted that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 294 days in filing the special leave petition and 114 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 408 days.
The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
