It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Satyendra Kumar, Advocate on 25.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.05.2012 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1411 and 1414 of 2011 along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 1121 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 219 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 1340 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 45254530 of 2016 @ CC Nos. 21462151 of 2016 entitled Surjeet Kaur And Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. arising out of common order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016. SLP is pending after notice. (Copy of order dated 08.02.2016 is enclosed herewith) (main matter SLP (C) No. 2906/2016)

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 38730 of 2012 Entitled Dharam Pal & Ors. Versus Land Acquisition CollectorcumDistt. Revenue officer referred to on Annexure P3, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 1077 of 2015) was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 20.01.2015. (Copy of order dated 20.01.2015 is annexed as Annexure P3 at page no. 9498 in the paper books).(Main SLP (C) No. 34863 of 2012)

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 697 of 2013 Entitled Janak Raj & Ors. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common order, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 5132 of 2014) was allowed by the Hon'ble Court on 30.04.2014. (Copy of order dated 30.04.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 22061 of 2015 Entitled Kamaljeet Singh @ Kanwaljeet Versus State Of Haryana, Through, Collector Kaithal & Anr. arising out of common order, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 6877 of 2015) was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 01.09.2015.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
