It is submitted that Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 09.02.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.05.2012 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 6130 of 2011 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition and permission to file additional document.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 924 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 276 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 1200 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) Nos. 12648 12650 of 2013 Entitled Darshan Singh & Ors. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors arising out of common order, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal Nos. 63016303 of 2015) was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 12.08.2015. (Copy of order dated 12.08.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) Nos. 1036710385 of 2014 entitled Shamey Singh & Ors Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors arising out of common order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 20.01.2015. (Copy of order dated 20.1.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 89028903 of 2016 entitled Tehal Singh & Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State of Haryana & Ors. Etc. Etc. as both are arising out of common order.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
