Pursuant to Court's order dated 20.08.2014 the matters above-mentioned are referred to larger Bench.

For non furnishing of two more sets of Appeal papers books by the Counsel for the appellants, the matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 26th February, 2014, when the following order was passed:-

"In all the appeals, appellant are required to file two more sets of appeals. Be filed within four weeks. Thereafter registry to process for listing before the larger Bench, as has already been directed."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellants have not filed two more sets of appeals despite time granted by the Ld. Registrar's Court till date.

Again, the matters were placed before the Ld. Registrar on 27th May, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Order dated 26.02.2015 of the Registrar's Court has not been complied with. Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders".

Hence, the default of the counsel for the appellants is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this report for orders.
