UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

As prayed for, four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to file the proof of publication, failing which, the special leave petition against respondent No. 3 shall stand dismissed. S.L.P.(C) NO. 20487 OF 2004
