UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Application for exemption from filing attested/notarized affidavit is allowed.
The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 02.07.2019 on certain conditions. The petitioner is aggrieved by the Condition No. (6) whereby he is being required to appear on every Monday of a Week before the concerned Police Station at New Delhi. The relevant Condition No. (6) is extracted below:
"(6) That the accused will report on every Monday of a week to the concerned Police Station at New Delhi."
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we modify the Condition No. (6) to the extent that the accused will report on 1st Monday of every month to the concerned Police Station at New Delhi.
With the aforesaid modification, the Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
