We have gone through the papers. No case for cancellation of bail is made out. However, we make it clear that in accordance with our order dated 26.07.2019, the petitioner is to cooperate with the investigation including investigation of the Enforcement Directorate.

Considering that the petitioner lives in Delhi and the Enforcement Directorate issuing summons is in Mumbai, he is to cooperate through video conferencing.

We have gone through the applications in which the applicant wishes to intervene in these proceedings. We do not think that it is necessary for the applicant to intervene in these proceedings as the applicant has got relief in a writ petition on its own which was filed in the Karnataka High Court vide order dated 27.09.2018.

This being the case, these intervention applications are dismissed.
