UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 An application for cancellation of bail has been filed on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate. Ms Aishwarya Bhati, Additional Solicitor General, has submitted a status report on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate. The Enforcement Directorate has submitted that the brother of the petitioner, Amit Bhardwaj has died and the petitioner is in possession of the user names and passwords of crypto wallets which must be disclosed to the investigating officer.
- 2 Mr P C Sen, Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that some part of the material is in the custody of the Pune Police and that the petitioner has disclosed the relevant details.
- 3 We permit the petitioner to file a response to the application for cancellation of bail within two weeks. In the meantime, the petitioner shall cooperate fully with the investigation. Since the Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that a disclosure has been made of the user names and passwords, there should be no difficulty in the petitioner making a full disclosure of the relevant details which are sought by the investigating officer in the present case. The petitioner shall do so.
- 4 Conditional on the petitioner cooperating fully in the investigation, the ad– interim order restraining arrest shall continue till the next date of listing.

- 5 An updated status report shall be filed by the Enforcement Directorate before the next date of listing.
- 6 List the petition on 18 April 2022 with connected matters, namely, Writ Petition (Crl) Nos 304 of 2018, 231 of 2019, 33 of 2019 and 159 of 2019.
